Information we collect
When you call us, email us or submit a form on this site, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, zip code and the details of your project. We also receive the basic technical information every website receives, such as the pages you visit, the browser you use and the approximate location of your internet connection.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your question, quote your floor, schedule the work and stay in touch about the job. We use the technical information to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working properly. We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we never share it for advertising. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as our website host, our email provider and our customer management system, and only so they can do that job for us.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number we may call or text you about your question and your job. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
