Fremont epoxy floor coatings
Yes, we pour floors in Fremont
Fremont was five towns once, and you can still see it: Mission San Jose under the hills, Niles with its old main street, Centerville, Irvington and Warm Springs down by the factory. Lake Elizabeth and Central Park sit in the middle. It is a run up 880 or 680 from home base, and it is the biggest city on our map.
The East Bay is where a lot of the calls for bold floors come from, and Fremont is the heart of it. Metallic pours in show garages and entries, flake floors in workshops, and commercial floors along the freeway all run through our residential installs and commercial work here.
What a Fremont slab is actually up against
Range, mostly. A Niles or Centerville garage from 1962 has sixty years of oil in the top of the slab and a surface that powders. A Warm Springs townhome from last year has a flat, trowel finished slab that paint cannot grip. Both get the same diamond grind, because a coating only holds onto open concrete, and both get the cracks and pinholes filled before the base coat.
Then there is the heat. Fremont summers run hotter than the coast, tires come home soft off 880, and a thin coating lifts as they cool. A floor ground into the slab and sealed under a polyaspartic topcoat holds its bond and its color through an open garage door.
What we handle here
Floors we pour in Fremont
Flake and Solid Garage Floors
The job Fremont asks for most: a gray slab that has been catching oil, dust and tire marks for years. We grind it back to open concrete, fill the cracks, roll the base coat and seal it under a polyaspartic topcoat. Here is what a garage install involves.
Hand Poured Metallic Floors
The floor Josh is known for. Reflective pigment moved by hand through wet resin, so the floor has veins and movement and never repeats. Entries, studios, showrooms and show garages in Fremont. See the metallic finish.
Rooms Inside the House
Studios, gyms, laundry rooms, mud rooms and converted garages on a slab. The old floor comes up, the slab gets ground, and a sealed coating goes down that you can live on. Same build we use on home floor coatings.
Shop, Studio and Warehouse Floors
Fremont businesses run on floors that take carts, boots and spills all day. A coated floor stands up to that and cuts the cleaning down to a mop, and we work around your opening hours. Have a look at commercial floor installs.
Why Fremont calls us
Why Fremont homeowners call Josh
Joshua Rodriguez owns this business and does every estimate himself. He drives out to Fremont, looks at your concrete, tells you what it needs, then he is the one who grinds it and pours it. Nothing is handed to a stranger.
He is honest about the limits of the trade. If your slab is heaving or breaking up he will say so rather than coat over it. What he cares about is the prep nobody sees once the floor is down.
Where you will find us around Fremont
Mission San Jose sits under the hills on the south side with the old mission and the big view homes on the slopes over it. Niles has its historic main street and the canyon behind it. Centerville and Irvington fill the middle around Central Park and Lake Elizabeth, and Ardenwood is out toward the bay by the Dumbarton Bridge. Warm Springs is the factory end, with new housing going up around the BART station.
Mission San Jose and the hills carry the show garages. Niles and Centerville carry the oldest concrete. Warm Springs carries the newest. Same grinder, same prep, every one of them.
Where we work
Pouring metallic, flake and commercial floors across Fremont
We cover Fremont end to end, from Mission San Jose and Niles out to Ardenwood and Warm Springs, and Newark next door. The same truck runs south to floor coatings in Milpitas and back down to Santa Clara floors.

Straight answers about your epoxy floor questions
Do you actually come out to Fremont?
Yes. It is about twenty five minutes from our San Jose base up 880. Send the form and Josh will set a time to look at the slab.
My Niles garage floor is sixty years old. Can it be coated?
Usually yes. Old Fremont concrete is often dense and sound, it is just stained and never sealed. We grind it back to open concrete, fill the surface cracks, then build the floor.
Why did my last garage floor coating peel off?
Usually because the concrete was never ground open, so the coating sat on the surface, or moisture was pushing up through the slab. Grinding first and checking for moisture stops it happening twice.
Do you fix cracked or sunken concrete in Fremont?
No. Josh coats and pours over sound concrete, he does not repair it. If a slab needs structural work, get that sorted first and then we can talk about a finish.
How long is my Fremont garage out of use?
One to three days depending on the finish. A flake floor is usually one to two, a metallic pour two to three. You get the dates in writing before the grinder shows up in Fremont.
Can I get a metallic floor in a garage I park in every day?
Yes. The metallic layer is sealed under a polyaspartic topcoat that takes hot tires and dropped tools, so a show garage can be a daily driver too.
