Why Choose Diamond Coating Epoxy

The man who quotes your floor is the man who pours it

Diamond Coating Epoxy is Joshua Rodriguez. Josh handles every estimate himself. He measures your floor, looks at the concrete, explains your options, and then he is the one on his knees moving the pigment through the resin. Nothing is handed to a stranger, and you are not chasing a call center about your own floor. Have a look at everything we do.

The prep is the job. Everything else is the easy part

Coatings almost never fail because of the product. They fail because somebody rolled them over a dirty, sealed or untouched floor. So the slab gets a diamond grind back to open concrete, the cracks and pinholes get filled, and moisture gets checked before a drop of resin comes out of the bucket. It is the slow, dusty, unglamorous half of the job, and it is the half that decides whether the floor is still stuck down long after we leave. It is why our epoxy floors stay put.

A floor treated like a piece of work, not a paint job

Josh treats a slab the way a sculptor treats a block. A metallic pour is decided by hand on the day, in your room, with sample panels approved in your light first. A flake floor is broadcast to full cover and scraped in every direction so the texture is even from wall to wall. That care is the reason the metallic floors he pours look the way they do.

Sometimes the honest answer is no

A coating is a surface. It cannot hold together a slab that is heaving, sinking or breaking up through its full depth, and anybody who tells you different is selling you a floor that will fail. If that is what Josh finds, he says so and you keep your money. We grind, coat and pour concrete floors, so we have no reason to talk you into a job the slab cannot carry. Either way you get a straight answer and a free estimate first.
